Q: How is your jewelry made?

A: We use a laser cutter (named Richard) to cut and etch our designs. Finishing touches--hand-painting, staining, sealing, and assembly--are done by hand.

Q: Where is everything made?

A:  All of our work is designed and produced in our studio in Somerville, MA.

Q: How should I care for my items?

A: We take care in selecting materials and assembling products that are durable and long-lasting. Our products can withstand daily use, but should still be handled and stored with care. While our products are sealed to protect from moisture, we do not recommend submerging our products under water (so think twice before jumping into a pool wearing our jewelry). If any purchased item proves defective (falls of the hook/chain, causes an allergic reaction, shows extreme discoloration, etc.), it can be replaced at any time.

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: Products ship within 3 days of the date of purchase and often within 24 hours. Orders within the United States are shipped First Class Mail via the United States Postal Service and deliver within 1-3 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Email us for details.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. International orders are shipped First Class International via the United States Postal Service. We are not allowed to collect or bill customs fess, duties, or tariffs. These charges (if applicable) are not included in either the purchase or shipping costs of our items and are the buyers' responsibility.

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?

A: We want you to love what you ordered! You can return any unworn merchandise within 7 days of when you received it for a full refund or exchange. All products are carefully packaged and shipped, but if any item arrives damaged in the mail, we will happily replace if contacted within 3 days of when you received it. If any purchased item proves defective (falls off the hook/chain, causes an allergic reaction, etc.), it can be replaced at any time. Any damaged items resulting from mishandling by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
