We're excited to announce that Hawkmark Studio earrings and necklaces proudly sit in the beautiful sunlit glass cases in the Harvard Art Museums shop! It's an honor to be featured among the shop's thoughtfully curated selection of products. We highly recommend a visit to browse its varied array of products; it skillfully blends a boutique, art library, and design store in one space. Some of our favorite finds include these artfully bound notebooks by Twigg's Bindery of Brooklyn, NY, these graphic cowls by Scout and Honor of Austin, TX, and the playfully illustrated activity book Let's Make Some Great Fingerprint Art by Marion Deuchars of London, England.
We also got a shout-out in an article published yesterday in the museums magazine, Index, and were recently interviewed for an upcoming article focused on local artists in the shop. (Full disclosure: One half of Hawkmark, Antoinette, works at the museums and may have a friend or two on the magazine production team.)
We feel very lucky to have our retail debut at a place of such caliber and thankful for their appreciation and support, not only of us, but the greater local and independent artist community.
